Sea Buckthorn Gold has been an amazing product for me. When I first researched it, most people talked about the strong taste, so I was a little hesitant. Since this was my first time trying sea buckthorn, I wasn't sure what to expect — it felt like a gamble. I found this brand while researching and decided to order it anyway. The first time I tried it, I mixed it with orange juice, then later with pomegranate juice. I actually liked the taste both ways, so I kept using it like that. A few weeks later, I forgot to buy pomegranate juice and thought, “Let me try it with just water and see how bad it is.” Surprisingly, I ended up liking it even more with water, and ever since then I only dilute it with water. Benefits: I originally started taking this for my stomach issues. If I eat late at night, I usually have trouble digesting and end up with acid reflux while sleeping. This product has definitely helped. It's not a miracle cure, and it takes time to notice the effects, but for me, it brings peace of mind knowing I'm drinking something that supports my digestion in the long run. That's why I'm ordering my second bottle.

The concentrate taste great and is a great supplement that's been improving my energy levels, skin, and hair growth amongst other things!

I'm a fan of this ingredient. I like using the oil on my skin. I like it when it's added into lip balm's. And I used to get a drink that was made with it when I was living overseas. So I was looking for someway to get more of it into my life and my system and I found this. I'm glad I did. The taste is not common, and it might not be for you if you're looking for something like a sweet berry. But for the health benefits, this is a good one.

I got the bottle of juice for my rosacea. I started to drink with water instead of orange juice.

It's too soon evidently for evidence of changes from this product. I had to make it a flavored smoothie to kill the horrible taste and continue to convince myself that this is healthy as I choked it down? I would take this in a pill form only in the future! The lady on the Dr. Oz show must have an iron stomach to say the taste was "OK"?

could not tolerate the taste. needs improvement. I don't know if this works, stillnlooking for a way yo use it.

If you have low blood sugar like hypoglycemia or something with diabetes be really cautious. I only took one tablespoon and my sugar went down to 42 I was so scare I had to call 911. Thank God I was drinking stuff with sugar but still took me some time to stabilize myself . Be careful please
