painful on my neck
I have tight muscles in my neck and have physical therapy for it. When I saw this I thought it would help as I had been helped at PT w a tractioning machine. No matter where I place my head it put a lot of pressure on the base of my neck and was very painful. I was concerned about doing myself an injury. Glad I purchased through Walmart though as it is an easy return. this seems to help some people but I was not one of them
