Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ Robot Vacuum | Blue/Nickel | New

I'm not sure why this is coming up under refurbished, ours is not. It's new. We've had this vacuum for approx 6 months or so now and it's saved my sanity. While our household are working and leading our super busy lives, Sunny (that's our little vacuums name) potters around the house making sure the floors are clean before we get home. I have it set so that Sunny works every day, whether we are home or not. You set and forget! It's so easy on the app to map, to set a weekly roster of cleans, to do a seperate or extra clean if you need it, it's just amazing. It's been a fantastic investment. I should mention the auction is second to none, fantastic. We have two white chinchilla Persian cats so there is super fine white hair constantly, but between the roller on the front and the great suction my black (yes I agree, the most ridiculous color carpet with white pets) carpets always look clean. It's so easy to empty when it's done cleaning, or inbetween if needed, and the de-fluff and clean the roller. The filter is easy to take out and clean too. The only thing I seem to constantly have come up is the sensors, they are very sensitive and are always coming up with ‘they need a clean'. If they aren't clean, it can stop functioning well and get a little lost. It does have to recharge a couple of times to get the whole house done (fairly large 4x2) but I'm at work so it doesn't bother me at all, and recharge seems fairly quick anyway. I really love Sunny. He keeps my home clean, he has saved my sanity (I don't have to argue with teenagers as much any more), and I don't know how I ever survived without him. I haven't had one before and don't have another brand etc to compare it to, but I also am so completely happy with the clean that it does and ease of use that I'd easily buy another Dyson when the time comes.

I got this 360 Vis Nav a few weeks ago. Mapped my apartment and since then I can't hide how happy I am with it. I even tried to test how efficient it was by manually vacuuming my apartment using my Dyson V11 after letting the 360 VIs Nav done its job. And I can tell you, it has pick up almost 95% of my apartments dust and my frenchie's sheddings. Btw, my apartment is 2000 sqft. I used to vacuum my apartment manually before like twice a day. Now, I just let the Vis Nav does it for me and just manually vacuum once every 3 days. I've owned quite a few Dyson machines and I must say the Vis Nav is the best. Now I am contemplating getting the Dyson WashG1. 🧐

⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you have a smaller home with light traffic and only small pets, this vacuum could be a good option. However, it's a hassle to stop mid-cleaning to empty the canister. With my Roomba, I can start a job and it empties itself automatically. With this Dyson, I need to be present—otherwise the canister fills, suction stops, and the cleaning job stalls. Also, if I want to use the boost mode for a deeper clean, the battery drains extremely fast. What should be a quick job turns into a long process since it has to keep returning to the base to recharge multiple times. For households like mine, with three large dogs, this vacuum simply isn't the right fit.

I want to love the vacuum, when it works it's amazing.... unfortunately the seasons on the vacuum are so sensitive that one tiny piece of dust on them and it malfunctions from the glare off the tile. It can not run at night because it has a light on top that comes on and you guessed it, causing a huge glare to the sensors and the robot goes crazy running in a circle. If you clean seasons and supervise and run during the day it does a pretty good job. If you phone with the app is not home it goes crazy...so you have to be home and run during prime time charging hours and supervise which is extremely frustrating and tech support takes 5-6 days to respond to an email and give you the most basic help."did you clean the sensors"...

This vacuum is not good for pet hair. It's wads pet hair into balls and leaves the all over the home, especially on carpet. Each room ends up with 5-10 large hair balls every other day, and I only have one dog.

While the suction and cleaning performance of the vacuum was excellent, the navigation system is absolutely horrible. Constantly could not find rooms that were literally 10 feet from the base station. If your rooms are dim, the robot almost always gets lost especially under beds. Had a lot of difficulty finding the base station. I know this is a huge flaw with camera navigation so hopefully Dyson will include LIDAR in the next model.

Navigation is clumsy. You can't use this at night even in well lighted areas. This is a day time robot. At night with with the lights on it still struggles. It's always taking weird routes and paths. Constantly getting blocked air flow message. But there is no blockage. Battery life is not the best. Mapping was a nightmare. The app is bad, lacks features, and reliability. The vacuum WiFi isn't the best. It's a beautiful robot vacuum and well made, the device itself is amazing. Hindered by navigation issues mostly.

I bought this three Weeks ago and I want to return it. It has a very short battery life and it seems to always get lost when navigating. The suction is hit or miss. Most of the time the suction is too low to suck anything up. And half the time it finishes the job but it is only done a quarter of the area. The airways always seem to be blocked so I am constantly getting messages to clear the air intake and filter. I have tried multiple different settings to see if it would help I have used the high suction setting but then the battery dies in 20 minutes. I have never been a fan of Dyson Vacuums. My husband bought this for me and we both regret it.

I am very disappointed in the performance of the Dyson robot vacuum. I have a regular Dyson vacuum cleaner and I've had to keep using it because the robot starts cleaning and then goes dark after 10 to 15 minutes of cleaning. And this is on a full charged battery. Something is not right with this machine

Wonderful suction and unmatched tile floor cleaning. The design flaw is in the camera. Dyaon needed to embrace lidar. The mapping was just silly and the cleaning areas didn't even march with the map. The robot cleans in an inefficient random pattern and cannot find the dock. Save your reputation and pull this product until it actually works.
