Curly hair approved

Bought the refurbished one because I couldn’t bring myself to buy it at full price. Arrived on time with all parts and very clean. Could see a few scratches on it since it’s used but nothing outside of normal wear and tear that bothers me. All tools were extremely clean like brand new. Nothing had an odor or oil and was perfect! I’m so happy I went the refurbished route and would buy again. Makes my curly hair softer and protects it from less heat

I was hesitant on getting this used Dyson but honestly it came to me like new…. No scratches , no hair on it…. Completely new and ready to use….. I LOVE MY PINK DYSON…. All attachments came with it. I haven’t had any complications or complaints….. highly recommend to get it …. Especially if you want the Pink Dyson (limited edition)

Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered: 1. Unrealistic Styling Results: While the Airwrap™ claims to create voluminous curls and waves without extreme heat, I found it difficult to achieve these results consistently. My hair often fell flat after a short period, requiring constant retouching. 2. Learning Curve and Time Commitment: Mastering the Airwrap™ takes significant time and effort. The complex attachments and styling techniques require dedicated practice, making it less ideal for those who are short on time or lack patience. 3. Refurbished Concerns: Though advertised as "refurbished," my Airwrap™ arrived with noticeable scratches and scuffs, significantly impacting its perceived value and quality. Additionally, the battery life seemed diminished compared to a new model. What's more, it kept shutting off randomly. 4. Expensive Investment: Even in its refurbished state, the Airwrap™ remains a significant investment. Considering the inconsistent styling results and learning curve, I believe there are more affordable and effective hair styling tools available. Long story short, I ended up returning it.

It overheats and the vent stops up too easily. I have a $20 conair that has lasted me 12 years and this Dyson didn’t even last 1 year. Very unhappy with spending $400 on an absolute garbage product. I will never buy a Dyson again.

Product only worked for about 2 months before circuit board malfunction occurred. Waste of money. No support from Dyson. Would not recommend purchasing.

Bad purchase, bad product and bad service.

The product arrived damaged and does not work. I generated the return label and went to the SAND LAKE Walmart to return it and they informed me that they wouldn't receive it there. I went to JOHN YOUNG's WALMART, as advised by the Sand Lake Walmart employee and when I got there they informed me that they couldn't receive it and that I would have to contact them by phone. I called Walmart and they told me that Dyson would have to generate a return label and would get in touch, I've been trying to make the return for more than 10 days and nothing. Bad purchase, bad product and bad service. Still awaiting a resolution of the case.

ROBBERY - SCAM - THIS LOOK LIKE AN AIRWRAP TO YOU?

I ordered a refurbished Airwrap for my wife along with an extended warranty. I was shipped a singular attachment for a vacuum, clearly in error. I immediately reported the issue, believing that the right and logical solution would be to receive an apology and assurance that my correct order would be promptly mailed to me. However, I have spent hours over the last two weeks trying to reason with both Walmart and Dyson's third-party outsourced customer service departments, all of which are unbending in instrutcting me to mail them a $40 vacuum head before they will refund me my $400 for the Airwrap I never received. I've tried to reason with Dyson and Walmart's customer service over the phone, as well as in Live Chat and throughout several emails, all of which I have screenshot and recorded. It is unreasonable and unacceptable to withold OVER FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS OF MY MONEY until I have returned a VACUUM ATTACHMENT worth one-tenth that cost. Two weeks into this dispute, I have neither my $400 nor my Airwrap, and Dyson/Walmart's "internal investigation" into the matter concluded with the same automated instructions to return the attachment, wait several business days for a refund, and (presumably) try again to make the same purchase with hopefully different luck. I have contacted Dyson's social media platforms recounting this story hoping desparately to interact with an empathetic human in a position to assist me. I am astonished at the response and the handling of my compalint. I have never written a poor review in any platform, but I feel I have no recourse to satisfaction. TO SUMMARIZE: -Bought $400 Airwrap and Protection Plan. -Was mailed a plastic vacuum attachment. -Contacted Dyson's Customer Service, was told "that's not on us, talk to Walmart" -Contacted Walmart Customer Service, was told "mail us back the plastic vacuum attachment or we won't give you your money back." -I said "I don't want my money back, I want what I ordered" -They said "We will investigate internally" (one week later) -"Our investigation is concluded. Here is your return label for your plastic vacuum attachment. Send it back or you can't have your $400" To be fair, I am more than happy to return this accursed vacuum brush, and intend to. I refuse to do so under the current pathetic guise of "return/exchange" because anyone with the ability to reason can see that I am deserving of better treatment than this. This is a gift for my wife, and with the occasion impending, I am empty-handed.

I received this refurbished airwrap and it didn't even work. Also, there was a bunch of hair in the airwrap. I purchased a warranty and contacted dyson to troubleshoot, but they couldn't even find my account in their system after i had already created one.

Missing Pieces/Poor Customer Service

Very negative experience using Walmart.com to purchase from a third party retailer (Dyson). I purchased a refurbished unit sold and shipped directly from Dyson. When the box arrived it was shocked to discover several missing pieces including the main dryer/blower. Three accessories were packed in the storage box that was missing the lid and internal dividers. The accessories were in like new condition. I attempted to contact Dyson through the customer service number provided multiple times but was met with 60 minute wait time. Using the online chat, I was told by Dyson that they could not find or see my order since it was purchased on Walmart.com, mind you this is sold and shipped directly from Dyson. Walmart.com directs you to contact Dyson for any issues with order. I next used “contact retailer” on the Walmart.com. Three days later, Dyson replied with an email to return the item through Walmart. I initiated a return through and was informed that a refund may take as long as 3 weeks after receipt. My return status now shows my order contains multiple shipments that I haven’t returned. I’ve owned several Dyson products and have been happy with all of them, just know results may very purchasing refurbished items through Walmart.

shipping label created but never shipped product

I ordered this Dyson air wrap on February 14, it is now Feb 26! Waited well over a week finally reported it as they never shipped the item! The package was never shipped out they created a label but never shipped! I reported to them they I didn’t get my air wrap and they refunded me immediately. This seems very sketchy to order and Dyson doesn’t ship the air wrap in the mail. I do not recommend buying from them
