never had a vacuum like or since my 1st DYSON VACUUM. Can't be beat,I'M still using my 1st one purchased over 10 tears ago I believe and have another i purchsed because the price was great,haven't had to use number 2 yet,then I seen this one at SAM'S CLUB for such a wonderful price and deal I couldn't resist it. Now the absolutely proud owner of 3,still using the 1st one and going strong. EASIEST maintenance EVER,ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY DYSON BALL ANIMAL!

Nice vacuum, picks up the pile on my carpet and pulls out a lot of dirt. Easy to empty, store, and clean filters. Comes with 5 year warranty with parts and labor with Dyson when you register it.

You can't go wrong with a Dyson. The only issue with Dyson is there is no written instructions on how to fix minor issues. You have to go on YouTube and hope they have the answer. I don't like when a company depends on the customers to do their job for them.

I LOVE the suction, very powerful! Picked up a bunch of dirt my other brand vacuums left behind! I like it for the most part, however, the hose is not great. It is not easy to use as it adds a bunch of resistance when trying to bend it at the top while maneuvering. Also, I wish there was an accessory that came with it to do the stairs. All in all, a good vacuum!

I wish the vacuum had more attachments for those purchasing it for the first time. I had attachments from my other vacuum so for me that was not an issue. The biggest issue I have is that the vacuum is pretty heavy for me. I can manage it, but it's not as light as the other Dyson animal that I had. The suction power is fantastic. I no longer have pets so I didn't need an animal, but the price was right and my other vacuum was an animal. And I knew it would be a good product because I owned another Dyson before. I probably should've read other reviews, but I purchased it without even thinking about it because I love my other Dyson so much. It is bigger than my original Dyson animal, but I had a golden retriever and let me tell you that my animal vacuum picked up that hair phenomenally. Anyone who has pet should always buy Dyson animal.

This is a powerful vacuum but you can't vacuum higher pile carpet because it doesn't have a self adjusting head. It's an older model which wasn't listed that way so I can't vacuum every room with it. Very disappointed. I was also charged $50.00 more on Walmart's page as Dyson has the same one on their website for $229.99. Someone owes me $50.00. I'm thinking of sending it back due to the lack of carpet sizes I can vacuum. And the price. And it smells like rubber burning which I figured that may be worth all new vacuums. At least I hope so.

I have a Dyson which is smaller and I gifted that to my daughter. I have had it for years and the quality was excellent. This one was on sale and even though it was bigger in size I thought it would work great for my needs but it was just too bulky and difficult to maneuver. I also put it on the highest pile setting and my carpet is not a high pile but it was so difficult to push so I chose to return it.

Attachment piece for dyson ball was not included, I called and registered with Dyson and sent pictures to them and was told they would send pieces I was short. They said they were out of them at time and would correct problem. It's been months and nothing so I can't give them an excellent rating!!!!!

So I had this version of the Dyson vacuum nearly 8 years ago. This one is made so cheaply in comparison. It's clunky to try and use the hose with attachments and the actual tube feels cheap and thin. It's still the best for suction power but the materials and built are far inferior to the original model I had.

The attachments and mounting brackets were not included with the vacuum. I am in the process of trying to figure out how to return this vacuum to the store. We love the vacuum but are very disappointed with the lack of advertised attachments. It has been extremely difficult dealing with Dyson customer service.
