Dyson Corrale™ Straightener | Copper/Nickel | Refurbished

i didn't realize it would be so heavy, i have arthritis so it is a little challenge for me. i didn't realize that it was refurbished but it works great and i trust Dyson products so i decided to keep it.

Prompt shipment - I was excited to receive the product. But HIGHLY disappointed with the results. It looks awesome, and the ability to use a cordless straightener seemed awesome. However, it lasts for maybe 30 seconds after giving a caution/error message (triangle thermometer). I found the manual on Dyson's website to discover this means the straightener is too hot. That seems impossible since it is only on for 20-30 seconds, and wasn't hot enough to even straighten my hair. Doesn't work -> Returning. Frustrating, as I typically love Dyson's products and their CS. Hard to imagine this product was inspected as the interior box literature proclaims.

I had expectations that this straightener was going to be above and beyond all the rest. I stand corrected. It is heavy, it came to me, dirty, and I'm just overall unimpressed.

refurbished. has not worked since day 1 ! bought for my daughter for christmas. opened a return and havent heard a thing.

Doesn't work says to charge it I charge it then when I take it off to use it says I need to charge it
