Perfect straightener for home use! It does an amazing job, resulting in sleek, perfect hair. It is a bit heavy and I wouldn't take it on trips.

I have super thick and wavy hair and my hair strands are thick. Even with my hair thinned out I have to have six sections to blow dry and straighten my hair. The charge with this only lasted three sections so I had to recharge it which was not good. But, I do have to say, it straightened my hair nicely and stayed flat until I had to straighten it again. That was nice but I returned it. I wish it was corded and not wireless.

The product arrived broken. It did not work once I plugged in. When I called Dyson they told me that they were sorry and to take it back to Walmart. So I did and Walmart said sorry they couldn't help me and to contact the seller but I purchased from Walmart website. I am hoping to receive my money back.

waited too long to try it and couldn't return it. batery dies half way through the head or sooner. not able to get closer to the root, that could be a good thing for softer textures. getting and investing that amount of money on a dyson bc the blowdryer is amazing i was disappointed with the flat iron

Didn't work I returned on December 2024 and haven't received it yet it's been 4 months already

Didn't hold a charge for 2 minutes, completely useless and very disappointed 😔

My refurbished Dyson arrived dirty and sticky. It definitely hasn't actually been refurbished. Not going to use it now!

I purchased the refurbished version of this product. After 2 months of use, the temperature does not seem to get as hot as once used to, so I filed a claim and am just hitting dead ends.

Not worth for the price battery life is very bad

battery doesn't hold a charge and warranty service is impossible to come by
