Extremely well packaged and very easy to assemble, we are very happy with the quality and comfortability of the bike.

Customer service is terrible, it responds after 24 hours of having sent you an email and it hasn't answered me for more than 55 hours.....it's been asking the seller to send me the return label for a week and he doesn't send it to me I'm short and my feet don't reach the floor so if you're short and of age, think carefully before buying it because the seller has terrible customer service

i'd like a refund..
in overall the bike is a nice one , BUT! , the problem that i have is that the entire left side of the front wheel frame and the brakes is absolutely warpped...and i personally want a refund for it ..i'd hate to say this but, this was $400 wasted..
