Customer Service Rep was excellent at helping me pick out exactly what I needed, and what would max out my memory board. The best thing about this product is that I did not have to take the computer to a repair person who would have charged me several hundred dollars to do something that a gray-haired granny (which I am) can do herself. I realize this is a stop-gap solution and that eventually I will have to get a new computer, but for now it fills the need.

To upgrade our computers to operate the latest version of Auto-CAD, we had to increase our memory to 4 GB and this was done by simply identifying our computers on Crucial's website, which automatically identified the correct memory chips needed. We ordered and we are up and running.
