This duster very effectively picks up the dust especially on the edges of the floor. The duster is washable so you aren't throwing away paper backed with plastic like a swifter. The duster is attached by two pockets not Velcro like the e mop so I had to get the correct piece to attach the duster.

This is a replacement for mop I have used for over 6 years. Easy to use. Cleans wooden floors well. Mop head easy to wash and dry.

The quality just isn't there. My old ones are much thicker. Very disappointed. Won't buy again.

Buy another brand of dust mop.
It appears that you will probably break the plastic head trying to get the pad changed. I would rather return it on one piece rather than two. It only came with one pad. There was room in the box for the extra pad but it was missing. It will be returned.
