Great price and great product
Easy to install. ISA made was even more of a plus. Like the fact that it is touch screen since we do have grandkids so if the remote goes missing or batteries go out and we don't have any we can just touch it to turn it on. The only down fall is it does look similar to a T.V. but other than that he works very well. Did not come with a book like it was suppose to.

loved the color and size of the fireplace. It looks so real it gives you a feeling of comfort.

Oh no what have I bought
Well I called and emailed eflame and never did get a manuel. The insert didn't cut off I set it to 75 and it never cut off just kept running I also did it on 65 and it would not cut off. The controls on the front was hard to work it just did not work well for me. Maybe I just got a bad unit I returned to store so I am waiting on a credit .
