i love the shape of it and the flame looks realistic. i wasnt expecting it to have so much plastic on it but I dont think it will effect the function. i got it for heat during winter mainly. i think ill enjoy it

The item I received Works beautifully. however, the communication between where I ordered and who and when it was delivered was not good! I lost hours at my work, because of the day Walmart told me that it was going to be delivered. it wasn't delivered that day. I had to wait two more days. I shouldn't have had to miss hours at work.

No remote! Looks great. Runs great but no remote.

Extremely disappointed that I found a product basically the same for over $100 less...try to wall for an adjustment and was told by Wayfair that price matching is not given to on-line items...will not be ordering from the on-line Walmart again.

All PLASTIC. I was so surprised. I Never thought to look up what these kind of fireplace heaters are Made of. Mine have always been all metal. Evertine i open the door to turn it on, i have to hold it down on top so it won't move. The seller made it Most difficult to return. Kept playing games, offering me $20. refund or $50. refund. I got tired if their games and have it. The design is very unique, the color too. The flane is fairly realistic and it does heat well.

i have never received this item so cannot leave sn adewuste rsting. thought i would give 2 days to further follow up with Walmart tomorrow.
