this was fun to torture my husbands overly sensitive ears with so I'd buy it again even if it didnt work. but it did. The ear bulb is nice and thin on the nozzle and no sharp plastic edges anywhere. love that it came with that safety ear cleaner hoop thing. that works awesome and dont have to worry if im poking too far.

I had awful tinnitus, and didn't know why. Constant high pitch pinging that drove me crazy! I used the drops and put a piece of cotton in each ear. After 10 minutes, I flushed with tepid water. After clearing the wax, the pinging was gone! I was so scared that it was due to a bigger problem. Earwax! Who knew? IYKYK!

totally happy with this product. tried something else as well as several home remedies that I got on the internet without success. I did have to use this twice but it finally moved the peanut butter. I particularly like the fact that the ear wax removal tool had a safety shield so there's no way you can possibly insert it too far. I highly recommend it

PRODUCT ARRIVED WITH OUTSIDE INTACT BUT WHEN I OPENED IT THE BOX WAS VERY DAMAGED, POORLY TAPED TOGETHER, AND EAR DROPS WERE UNSEALED, CLEARLY USED AND BOTTLE NOT EVEN CLOSED SO IT HAD LEAKED. ONE OF THE SYRINGES WAS WET SO IT HAD BEEN USED BY SOMEONE!!! THIS IS A HEALTHCARE PRODUCT, NOT ONLY A MATTER OF SAFETY BUT THEY HAD THE BALLS TO SEND IT TO A CUSTOMER WHO SPENDS THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR AT WALMART!!! THINKING OF CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP!!!
