It is hard to find "Compact" brush heads for my Sonicare E series Essence. Found these on walmart.com and am using my first one now. SUCCESS!
Got just what I wanted and really fast delivery.

Know what you are buying when you get these. They are about have the length of a regular size. They work fine and easily move around the teeth, but I feel I need to wash twice as long as the brush is so small. I rated them a three because they are so small. My fault not theirs.
The heads fit perfectly but I was very disappointed in the size of the actual brush. It looks like it's made for a small child's mouth.
I returned them to the store. they were not the correct size. Either I did not see the size of the brush heads, or it was not on the site. They are 1/2 the size of the original brush heads.
The brush head bristles were about half size compared to the Philips Sonicare E-Series brand. In my opinion these are small to adequately clean teeth.
The head is 1/2 the size of the regular sonic are brush head disappointed!!
