Eagle Claw Baitholder Fishing Hook

Egale Claw Size %237 are very difficult to find. I usally order them strieght through egal Claw but Walmart always seems to have them at there Santa Maria branch, so when ever I am at my home at the coast I walk through and look for them. If you have them I always pick up a few for me as well as for the other individuals I trout fish with. I also check your Arroyo Granda Walmart that store is the most cleanest and well stocked compaired to the Santa Maria location! Rick

These are the only type of hooks I use now. They hold the fish without fear of losing it and they are soft enough to bend when snagged.

These fish hooks are perfect for catching any type of pan fish. My friend and I have caught over 2500 bluegill, perch, largemouth, rock bass, catfish, pickerel, and crappies here in NE PA over the last 2 seasons. And we are not done yet!

Eagle Claw snelled hooks are great when you dont want to tie directly to your line. Just tie a snap swivel tho your line and snap on the snell thru its loop end. Very fast and convienient. These are bait holders with 2 sharp barbs on the shank and a extremly sharp hook end, so your worm, minnow or soft plastic bait isn't coming off very essily. These are size 6, a medium size for freshwater fishing. Just choose an appropreate size for your bait or lure and the size of the fish yoi want to catch. I have caught Bluegill, Catfish, Bass, Walleye, and Pike using Eagle Claw snelled hooks. Plus, they always have a diagram or two on the back of the package showing a couple of ways to rig your gear. Eagle Claw makes great fishing gear and they do so in the USA.

Half of my items were out of stock and I wanted to thus cancel order but there was no options to do to. In addition to a packing fee (placed in a paper bag), there was a delivery surcharge that I did not know about. Wallmart needs to be more open about the procedures.

ordered wrong ones, not gonna return though

this batch of hooks are defective. when casting or when catching a fish, the line attached to the hook will break or disconnect from the hook. i bought 9 pks of hooks on two separate occassions and the majority of the lined hooks failed.
