It does help remove the wax.

Hubby had gotten a plastic wax scraper that he uses, from his doctor; I didn't like it, felt too sharp. This is PERFECT, exactly what I was looking for. It's gentle and super easy to clean. Would absolutely recommend.

Easy to use and effective in cleaning the ear wax.
I have used other ear wax tool kits in the past and they don't compare to the Ear Q Tip Pick Curette Cleaning. Not only did it clean out the wax, but it didn't irritate my ears.

Does not perform as advertised.
Save your money.. I seldom give reviews, but I do read them. I was so in hopes this would be a help. But unfortunately It is useless. Q-tips are not recommended but they work much better than this gadget.

Worthless and still don't have the money back
Scary thing to put in ear and nothing came out. Returned the next day and still waiting to get my money back.
