Received order one day early, read the easy instructions and charged them up. They worked perfect. I had an issue with one and got a hold of customer service and in ten minutes had the problem resolved. Thank you Mary for your help. I would recommend these hearing aids to anyone who doesnt want to spend thousands on complicated computer aids.
Oh my god cannot believe how great this tiny hearing aid is so powerful,I have tried the in ear aid which did not work for me, the moments i put this hearing aid into my ear my whole world opened up, my family no longer has to repeat themselves. One very happy and satisfied customer thank you for bringing me back into the world.Small but magnificent
Received my hearing aids within two days of the date of my order, which was a blessing, for my other hearing aids had quit working. These aids charge fast and work great,
I was able to adjust to hearing without any difficulty at all. I especially like the length of time the battery last as I get up early and stay up late. The price is excellent. Instruction booklet easy to follow. Comfortable even with glasses.
Works very well, lasts me 3 yrs
these will not work if person n is very nearly deaf. wish they could have. worthy of trying
I thought I would treat myself to a better quality of hearing aid. I have had the hearing aids 6 days and followed the instructions each day. I like that they don't pick up the back ground noises as much as the hearing amplifiers I have been buying, but, I can't get more than 2 hours, and sometimes only 20 minutes, out of the batteries before the sound fades away. I charge them over night and have them set on the loudest setting and can barely hear. I thought my hearing was getting worse until I put in my hearing amplifiers and even on the lowest setting can hear fine. I am going to call for service today and see if this is normal. If so, I will send them back and stick with the amplifiers.
these are true hearing aids, not merely sound amplifiers. i have more profound hearing loss, so most otc choices in this price range are useless for me. these did work for me. however, the pieces themselves felt flimsy and require a lot of fiddling. the indents on the recharging base are shallow and the slightest nudge makes the hearing aids spill into the depths of the carpet. the dome cap that fits into your ear is comfortable enough, but easily distorts. i have yet to try to order replacements so no idea how expensive these are yet. overall, these aids work where others failed but i have zero confidence in how long they will last and i keep so busy fiddling with them that the things i want to hear get little attention.
Difficult to adjust the volume. Aid itself is bulky.
I think the aids may be great for someone with less than 'significant' loss. I have significant hearing loss. These aids did nothing and I cannot return them to Walmart as you advertised.
