[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't use q-tips to clean your ears, it pushes the wax in deeper and will compact it and make the wax problem worse. The best way is with a syringe or with a device like this one. This is similar to the one they use in the doctors office as well. It is easy to use and highly effective and safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because especially in the wintertime my ear wax build-up can be extremely difficult to live with. After using cotton swabs and alcohol resulted in several trips to the Dr's office I decided to use something similar to what they use. The wonderful thing is that now not only do I save a trip to the doctor, I also can hear much better. The system is very simple to use, very thorough and you are able to complete the removal by yourself. Of course using the otoscope requires a partner, but other than that is very much a solo effort, with not a lot of mess if you are careful.

It is gentle to use and it performs the same as the doctors equipment. The microfiber towelnis very soft and feels gentle on the skin.

It comes with an otoscope penlight , a ear basin to catch the wax, 20 disposable tips, a microfiber towel, and an ear wash bottle. The bottle has ergonomic handle and hospital grade tubing. The basin is splash proof and is great to fit right close up to the ear to catch anything flushed out. The penlight works great to light up and see inside the ear. Overall this is a very nice ear cleaning kit to have!!

She had been complaining about her ears itching lately and is a regular user of Qtips, so we weren't sure anything would come out but it only took a few minutes and it was done and her ears feel so much better!! She said it was slightly uncomfortable but better than the itchy ears that were driving her nuts! She is thankful for this product! I love that it came with so many tips and the light worked great for seeing inside the ear!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I've ever used an ear cleaner like this- usually we use peroxide poured into our ears to clean them. It was nice that it had the little spray attachment that helped get the water into the ear easier then just pouring it in. I will probably use this again in the future.
