The flavor is very subtle, barey noticeable, it doesn't create lumbs, so it's a 10/10 from my side, even if it's not the superfood it's advertised to be, it's at least extra protein

I add this to my shakes because I have read that it's a good thing to include and has great benefits. I think it's ok. I can't really taste it mixed In with all the other ingredients. It's very dark so your shake will turn green.
