Fresh, clean scent that is long-lasting. The protection the serum provides is pretty good. I flat ironed my hair, and it remained straight and silky from root to tip for a week.

The product has a light pleasant fragrance. It is a liquid serum not an oil serum so in my opinion it should be in a spray bottle, not a pump. This makes it difficult to apply. Yes, I did put it in a spray bottle I had at home. I think it is reasonably priced so no complaints. I do recommend..

This smells exactly like the citron cleaner from method which I like. I love the ingredients. Anything with fermented radish and fermented things I am buying. It's extremely beneficial for the hair and skin actually. It does feel more like an actual face serum than a typical hair serum. The texture is slimy and sticky like a face serum. I've never tried anything like it. Normally my serums feel like oils or very smooth in texture and non sticky but I am not opposed to this and we shall see how it goes.

I have not picked up my item yet so I can not answer the above questions truthfully

Not what I expected

This serum is extremely runny, almost like water so if you're someone that likes to spray the serum/gel/whatever you use onto your hand and then work it through your hair, be aware it will drip all over the floor before you can get it to your head. As for how well it works... I'm not sure. I use a couple of different products at one time (usually a gel or serum along with a mousse or thicker product) so I don't know how well it would work on its own. I still get some frizz.

The packing is too bad. looks like old product has been sent.

For this being a serum in a pump bottle wasn't the move. It's like putting water in your hands and trying to get it in your hair before it falls out your hand. It would've been a better spray if so. Other than that it smells like hand sanitizer, and when I put it on my hands to transfer to my hair it drys my hands out, I wouldn't recommended this product as it just feels like they mixed water and sanitizer together and put it in a pump bottle.

Both bottles are water, not serum. Called %23 on bottle and told they don't support the company, they are just the distributor. They had no further info and didnt seem concerned. They told me to call where I purchased it. Imagine if someone had a reaction? Zero customer support.

do not waste your money this stuff is pure water it does nothing for your hair in terms of straightening it or helping to straighten it or keep the frizz out it's just junk do not buy I have naturally curly hair and it was the worst stuff I've ever bought I should have known for by the price but I was just trying to save money in this economy
