I might as well subscribe or buy in bulk before EM has any bright ideas. For now, it's a perfect blend. I have noticed that I get more from one bag if I use in a coffee pot than just steeping the bag in a mug. Love the flavor and I do feel drinking this tea, along with your daily dose of water, makes one's cycle more manageable!

Great stuff!
If you have cramps or an overlong cycle you will LOVE these. I start drinking one cup the afternoon before my cycle starts and as needed during. I have never used it for postpartum so I can't speak to that but for one box usually lasts me 2 months for pms.

I love this tea I take 2 or 3 bags depending on my cup my cramps go away the only dislike is that price increase but I get it it other than that the product is amazing!
