My favorite thing about them is how durable they are. A lot of other brands I've tried will rip open just while I'm trying to open them but these have never given me an issue. The dispenser is great too and was easy to clip on his leash.

I LOVE the used bag holder on the side, I no longer have to hold the bag while I find the nearest trash can on our walks. I also really like that the bags are held in place with a clicked-in closure so I don't have to worry about the bags spooling out. Definitely worth purchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most aesthetic bag holder and dispenser we own! I love the easy use loop on the top and how strong it holds - I know it won't fly off the backpack or leash we are using when things get rough.

I and a couple of friends tried to open it, to no avail. There seems to be no option but to throw it away. I reviewed the video on how to open it. Looks simple enough but it must have, somehow, locked from the inside.

i have two of them and have the same problem with both.. it is extremely hard to open in to put in new bags. it takes everything i have to untwist them. i have to put on rubber gloves to help my grip. the good part is i can hang multiple used bags off the side and not carry them in one of my hands.

After following the simple directions I can't even get it open. She I looked earth rated up on TikTok it just said “pull on it” but that doesn't work! Fresh out of the packaging. I was so sad. In theory it's awesome

I had the 2.0 version but the strap broke so I bought this one and I found it frustating to load, bags wouldn't pull out easily and sometimes it would just fall apart or not click together at all. Would like the prior version so hunting for any of those.
