Has two different sides, one coarse, the other fine. It works great with a substantial handle, surfaces are larger in size, bigger than most files so it makes it easy to use to remove dead skin from heel of foot.

This is the best foot file I have found. One side saws away at larger amounts of dead skin and the other as a finer grit to smooth out your skin.

I use this every day in the shower. The green side is rough so use that sparingly and use the pink side often. Helps keep my souls from cracking.
