Love them.
I bought these vitamins and I love them. I've taken many name brand vitamins that are marketed for women and these are the best I've ever taken. My nails are always weak and brittle and never grow. Well since taking these vitamins, my nails are stronger and they grow. I don't even take them everyday. They don't make me nauseous like other brands do , plus they are affordable.

Good value and quality multivitamin.
Easy to swallow pills and no bad aftertaste. Only have to take one capsule at day. So it's a least a four month supply. Great price.

Artificial Vitamin E
An important ingredient I look at in multivitamins is Vitamin E. The natural, absorbable version is d-alpha tocopherol, while the artificial, non-absorbable version is dl-alpha tocopherol. That l next to the d tells you these multivitamins contain cheap ingredients that won't do you much good, if any.
