I haven't been taking this too long, but in combination with my other vitamins I take it seems like I have been able to have more energy and focus throughout my day. I like this pill in particular because it's small and easy to swallow. Seems like a great brand.
Nice circle shape. Tiny in size. Size makes it very easy to swallow. Comes in a small bottle that is easy to store. Quite a bit of extra room in bottle since they are so small. Slightly powdery when handled. Pink tint to them. Minor neutral smell. Comes with a regular twist lid. Great option for anyone looking to get extra B-12.
Love taking B12! I have for a couple years now. I tried this new brand and I already love it! It's a smaller pill than the other one I took, which is always a plus.
Best taken in the morning. It's water soluble, which means that anything your body doesn't use is excreted, so you don't have to worry about taking too high of a dose. I LOVE the small tablet format - super easy to swallow.

Almost 42,000% Daily Value?? That really surprised me as I've hardly seen anything over 1,000%. Super small pill and I even just chewed it. Was powdery and didn't have much taste. Lid is not child-proof.
