This is a great combo ! I have been looking for a women's multivitamin for a while now and this one seems to be great! I actually also enjoy taking these because they are easy to swallow and tasteless(unlike some capsules that have a flavor to them). Though initially I thought they would be hard to swallow because of the size and texture, I was wrong! I also like the color of these--they're really quite pretty! Overall great item and great brand that seems to be good quality!
For the overall price I think this is a good deal. I didn't have a problem swallowing them - those who do have trouble swallowing pills might find it a little hard to do so with these. No aftertaste which was nice. I also liked the lid and how it's child-proof.
Great choice! I've been taking vitamins regularly for many years now and have gone through quite a few different brands. These ones are one of the best! The price is absolutely reasonable. The capsule size is average. Swallowing it is easy because of how smooth they've made the outer coat (which is super appreciate). And best of all, you get a great amount of vitamin per capsule! Compared to the Nature's Way “Alive!” brand that I've been taking for about a year now, Earth's Splendor gives me just about TWICE AS MUCH daily vitamin intake!!! For example, in Nature's Way I get 450mcg daily serving, but with Earth's Splendor I get 1050(!!!!)mcg per daily serving. Vitamin C I used to get 30mcg, now I get 75mcg. Vitamin B12 I used to get 3.6mcg, now I get 6mcg. Anyways… GREAT option for a multi vitamin brand that you're body will thank you for!
Works as advertised. These are easy to swallow tablets, no stomach or GI problems - I always take vitamins with food to avoid any digestive challenges. I recommend taking this in the morning. I like how this does not contain zinc or magnesium, as I take those separately at night.
I really like this multivitamin! I've only taken it for a couple of days so far, but it's a good one. I can't wait to see more results from it. I have a hard time swallowing pills and depending on my mood I either swallow it whole or cut it in half.
The bottle has a kid safe lid which is nice with little ones running around and getting into stuff. The pill itself is easy to swallow and seems overall well and good as it describes.
