I love this product it does what it says I'm sore all over after my workouts and I would recommend this product if your looking for a workout without going to the gym
The use of hydraulic fluid to create resistance results in a much smoother flow than cable and free weights. Adjustable pressure keeps your muscles doing well and building strength and stamina.

This exercise equipment is great and it works very well
This is the second one I bought. I wore out the first one but it took a while to wear out. I don't like the counter it works off a reed tube and if you don't hit it hard enough it will not count. I don't think it has as much resistance as the first one. The handles are much more comfortable and I took the counter off because it was very unnecessary
