I bought this adjustable hydraulic arm exerciser for my son to help him build arm strength, and we are very happy with it. The resistance is easy to adjust, so he can start at a lower level and gradually increase as he gets stronger. It feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy at all.
This is a pretty cool piece of equipment. I like how easy it is to adjust the weight and how pretty much anyone can use it. The safety latch is nice so kids don't easily get it. Doesn't take up much space, so this is nice when you don't have much space for equipment. Definitely is giving my arms and chest a good workout. So far so good!
It can be adjusted with different power levels. Good exercise tool for your strength. Our family love it all.
I recently started working out and this is helping me doing my arm exercises while working in the office.
