I have to admit I was a little bit intimidated by the package and that soon dissipated once I got my hands on this arm trainer. the ability to turn the levels to adjust the strength we're much easier than I anticipated and it is a pretty nice arm workout I'm excited to use it on the days I can't go to the gym

I can tell this will easily be one of my favorite home gym pieces. I used it for only a couple reps (getting ready for work), and boooiiiii..... I'm burning good. It also comes with a lock piece for storage. As an associate, this is my honest review.

So wow! You can feel it while using this. Safe for teens and professionals, It does have a little weight to it. While getting that movement together you will see how the correct form will build your body. Everything was included as stated with manual and lock clips, So ease of installation is great.

It has settings to change resistance levels so you can start out at lower resistant levels and work your way up. I love this product, I've been using it and it works great. It's great for home workouts, with excellent resistance for chest and abs exercises, and holds body weight well. The knee pads could be a little thicker, and it would be better to use a towel when doing abs exercises. Highly recommended

I got this to add to my home gym. It has nice rubber handles that prevent you from losing your grip. It has an adjustable dial to change the pounds and intensity of your workout. It uses resistance so everyone in your family can find their own level. The minimum weight resistance is 22 lbs. and the maximum weight is 440 lbs. It works out multiple muscles in your chest, shoulders, back and arms. It's a great all over device and I highly recommend it.

i have nerve issues, and in physical therapy, this was a great purchase to build muscle and strengthen my arms. i really appreciate the easy adjustments on strength.

Honestly, I had different expectations for this, but it surpassed my expectations!! I'm super excited to really get in the workout grind and get my body together and this is gonna be an extraordinary help!!
