Great electric smoker. I just finished smoking 2 - 8# Boston butts and it was easy to get done. Used less wood chips to smoke then smoker box on gas grille. Had great flavor and was done in 14 hrs. It was my first time using it so I have some things I will do different next time. My meat was fatty so I will put in a med foil pan in the catch tray to hold the fat drippings. Need to wrap my meat better in the foil after it reached 160F. Had juices leaking. The meat probe was great, gave me good reading on internal temp. I had 2 other probes in use to check temps. Over all smoker was great to use and would suggest buying this to anyone looking to buy one. I am looking forward to doing a smoke Turkey next.

This smoker is great for beginners or even someone with much experience. I have smoked Pork tenderloin, Turkey, bologna, ribs and Jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon. For the money this is a great deal and also if you don’t have much space. I’m not paid to give this review but hopefully it will help those that are wanting a good smoker . Now if East Oak wants to ship me another then I would be happy to give it to my church for smoking for pot lucks . You can’t go wrong with this smoker. I had a commercial smoker when I had food business so I would say I know a little about smoking and cooking after a few years ! Buy yourself one ! You will be glad you did ! It is very nice and easy to use. I just finished smoking beef and it was easy to get done. This smoker is definitely worth buying, recommend!

This smoker is fantastic. I've used it go ribs, pork chops, pork belly and wings.

I have smoked turkey,RIBS,Dip,bbq,jalapeños and this unit is top notch. Couldn’t be more happier !!

This is such a great little smoker! Instructions are clear and direct. Easy to use and easy to clean ( as long as you clean after every use)! There were some things that were unfortunate but I contacted the company with photos and explanations. They responded within 1 hour then give me options as to how to help fox these issues. Each and every email was prompt, honest and direct. I will buy again from them! Great quality and great company- can't do better than that! The meats I have smoked have come out yummy and moist! Perfection! Just buy it!

We love our smoker. It is high-quality. Very sturdy. We received our shipment swiftly even during the holiday season. We had a confusion and also ordered the stand that was included with our smoker. We communicated with them regarding our confusion and they have been so kind and pleasant. A real quality company to feel good about doing business with. Highly recommend.

My husband said I did good on picking this out. So that means its worth it. The packaging is top notch. Reinforced corners so the box dont crush in. Perfect for beginners. Everything is labeled,easy to read instructions. Easy to plug and smoke.

The Eastoak smoker is spot on. Set it and forget it. No more temp fluctuations like my old masterbuilt. Super easy to operate. Large wood chip box. No more need to keep adding chip every 30 min like my MB. My only con is the size of the smoker. I wish it would be a little higher so I don’t have to shorten the tubes of summer sausage when I hang them inside the smoker

First smoker. Was going to go all in for a RecTec or high end model, however, this is just enough for my family of 5 and a fraction of the cost.
