Comparably Priced
Purchased solely because recent studies suggest cumin helps reduce cholesterol. It may. It many not. Can't hurt. Expected a crunch but added to foods to be cooked or already hot and no crunch. No taste either. cumin is advertised as sweet but this is the second brand I have used as so far - nothing. So, yes, just adding to hot food - about two tablespoons per serving - for its supposed cholesterol-lowering properties.
