Let me tell you about these plastic Easter eggs. Not only did they hold candy, stickers, and inexplicably, one rogue Cheerio, they also held my entire Easter together. I bought these little beauties for an egg hunt and thought, “Cool, kids will love this.” What I didn’t expect was for my husband to take the egg hunt more seriously than our wedding vows. These eggs sparked a level of competitive savagery I hadn’t seen since the last family Monopoly game. My 6-year-old son tackled his grandmother to get the glittery golden egg. I think she’s still limping. Durability? These eggs are tougher than my will to parent on a Monday morning. One got run over by a tricycle and lived to tell the tale (and still closed with a satisfying snap). One egg mysteriously showed up in my sock drawer a week later. Another was found in the dog’s water bowl. I have no idea how many are left unaccounted for, but I’m pretty sure they’re multiplying like tribbles. Would I buy them again? Absolutely. Will my family survive another Easter egg hunt? Unclear. Buy these eggs. Just don’t expect peace, quiet, or any semblance of order

Usually, when you buy plastic eggs like this, they tend to suck and won’t stay close and as soon as you touch them, they open not these they stay closed and do not fall apart as soon as you pick them up, my client is disabled mentally and physically he has cerebral palsy so his hands are very strong and they’re constantly curled so for him to be able to hold those eggs in his hand without them falling apart or opening should really tell you how strong they are. I was extremely impressed with these. I was glad I got the big bag with a lot of them that way I can use them for Easter to come.

Can't beat the price. And they are actually larger than advertised. The stated size of 1.5 inches is for the width. Each egg is 2.25 inches tall. Plenty big enough for what I needed. They arrived in good condition, none were crushed. I'm glad to have stocked up while they were on sale.

Is Easter eggs closed really tightly and I could even throw them on the ground they wouldn’t break open. However, they are very tiny. I had to open up the candy and pour inside the egg. But you got a lot for your money and it was pretty cheap. The colors are very bright and nice.

These eggs are colorful, cheerful, and great for Easter baskets or a backyard egg hunt. The size is good for small candies, stickers, or little surprises, and the colors make everything look festive. Most of them closed properly, but a few were slightly harder to snap shut. Still, for the quantity and fun factor, they are a good seasonal buy.

the plastic is very thin. Five of the eggs were unusable: wouldn't close due to warped, melted edges, %26 thin plastic with holes. the good thing is the top %26 bottom are attached at a hinge. that's helpful to not lose parts. but doesn't allow for doing half colors. overall, you get what you pay for.

Colors - great! Quantity - great for the price and idea of disposal! Materials - poor! Make them biodegradable maybe?! That would also be great for those last lone eggs that don't get found. Size - so, so - only fit fairly small treats. Functionality - They did their job, neither great, nor poorly. Some didn't close well and a few came broken apart (still usable)

Super thin and flimsy, one also had a hole in the side because the plastic is so thin. I’m glad these are just being used for decoration, they definitely wouldn’t hold up for actual kids activities or filling with treats. Also, color distribution is really uneven. One pink egg, three green, five purple, rest are blue and orange. Using these only for decoration and still gluing them closed because they open on their own.

Several came with flashing that made it difficult to impossible to close the eggs even while empty, a couple came cracked and honestly if not for those quality issues it wouldn't be so bad. I know you get what you pay for but I feel they should come easy to assemble or at the very bare minimum not cracked.

too small to hold anything other than 1 piece if candy BUT of the 3 eggs i picked up 2 wouldnt even close because so poorly made. the one that did close popped open way to easy. these could not be used for the church function i needed and i had to send hubby to DG last minute to get better ones.
