The ottoman we ordered arrived but it was the wrong color. We ordered "garfield" color. The outside if the box said it was "ginger." When we opened it, the ottoman was dark brown (which was actually cheaper in cost than the garfield one we ordered). Very disappointing but we decided we're not going through the hassle of returning it. We're just going to give it away to family. Now we have to spend money on another one, but wont be ordering online this time.

so i read in the reviews another buyer bought this color and when they received the box it was listed as the color ginger. that review included a picture of a dark brown ottoman. so i was hopeful that if i ordered garfield, i would receive ginger. well, i received khaki in didn't want khaki as that was a choice. i would have taken black or green if i couldn't get dark brown. i think they do not have the color garfield or they don't pay attention to the box and you just get what they grab? it would be a hassle to return this. i ssked for a 20% refund from the seller. i might have considered this color only if it was cheaper than the other colors. khaki looks like an orange tan. the picture is not demonstrating the color exactly. my plan is to get rid of all the orange in this house except for this new ottoman. all the wood is orange. the ottoman itself would be five stars. took off two stars because wrong color sent and now i have to return it deal with it.
