Perfect bat for my 5 year old
Great bat for my 5 year old! She's 46” tall so this was a bit on the “larger” side for her size but she chokes up just fine on it. Lightweight, fast delivery, better price online than in store!

Great quality
Really happy with this bat overall. My daughter needed a new bat %26 since she's young %26 still learning, I was looking for something with a good price point %26 quality. This does the job. Your kid doesn't need a $300 bat at 8 years old - this is just as good.

Received an older model with different colors
Feb 2024 Walmart shipped us an older model of the Easton topaz bat in Teal, grey and pink colors that came out in 2019. Basically the same bat in terms of performance and composition, but I would've bought elsewhere if I knew it was the older model in different colors and design. These entry level Easton bats are good value for beginners and, aside from the mixup, I'd normally give it 4 stars as a good value beginner bat. Don't let the big kids or parents take a swing with these entry level bats cause they will likely get dented by the stronger impact.
