this is a really nice backpack for being as reasonably priced as it is. it seems to be made of very durable material. I really like the rich crimson red. it's bright, but not neon. the water bottle pocket holds my dog's 24 oz stainless steel water bottle pretty easily, and the other side easily holds my umbrella. the pockets are very generous. the zippers seem to be pretty good. the handle is nicely wrapped in a comfortable suede like material. the straps are very long and nice for a big girl. it's not terribly heavy at all. I'm pleased with this purchase.

We've purchased two of these bags and I must admit the zippers are absolutely amazing! I have terrible arthritis in my hands and these are the easiest zippers I have ever used on a bag. It has plenty of pockets and is very roomy and seems like a very sturdy bag. But the zippers sold me.!!

love this. has so much different storage space and so much room and it is my third year getting one for a high schooler. not that they couldn't use the ones from the previous years they are still completely great and functional. it's just tradition to get a new one each year so they just use the old ones for leftover school supplies as well as sleepover bags definitely recommend

I purchased online because the price was right and it looked sturdy. Seems to be strong and sturdy and made of a good, thick fabric and well stitched. My daughter is in highschool and has heavy books to carry so I hope this lasts her through the school year. I will update with any issues. I plan to buy iron on patches and apply to personalize it.

I've bought Eastport backpacks several times in the past and I can honestly say the quality has definitely went down with this backpack. It's flimsy and I'm not sure how long the handle will last because it's very thin. I will say it's very comfortable on my shoulders I just wish the material was a little thicker.

3 stars for now but could be 4 if it doesnt break all year. havent had it long enough to determine if itll break from the pressure of books, etc. so far decent quality. almost comparable to a $80 bag i saw at other stores. will update if it breaks early.

it's not a bad backpack it's just a very small one. If you want to get your kids a cute bag for school then this might be for you. But if you're in college like me, you're going to want something with more pockets and a larger capacity .

did not last 2 months of light to moderate use. although the color is pretty and the straps wide and comfortable
