My son loves it
My son really likes it. He loves all the pockets that it has. Shipping was fast. We've only had it for about 2 weeks and so far the quality seems fine.

Bought this for my granddaughter for college. She loves it. She said it was just what she needed. Hard to find a xl backpack at this price.

Not like they used to make them
We've had a large Eastport backup that we've used a lot over the past fifteen years. It's almost magical the way it's held up and the amount of stuff that it holds. I contacted Eastport to find the closest thing to our old bag that they currently sell and this was their recommendation. It's okay but nothing like our old one. The materials are much less robust (I know it won't last as long), it has much fewer pockets and compartments, and it doesn't stretch like the old bag does (which gives it a lot of its "magic"). It's not a terrible bag, but I'm disappointed based on the cost and the vendor recommendation.

It's a cool bag, but doesn't last if you put much in it
I bought this bag to carry my school stuff, I've had it for a single semester, it's literally falling apart, I've got one of the straps to carry it tied up because the plastic piece broke, and it's riddled with tears.

Cool looking bag, needs work on design though
I tried putting a skateboard on the straps and there wasn't enough velcro to hold it securely. I filled out a form for a return and haven't heard any sort of response yet. It's been about 3 days, so customer service isn't so great.
