Eastsport Unisex Expandable Backpack with Bonus EasyWash Bag, Abstract Joy

I have this exact backpack that I purchased years ago for school and travel. After about 4/5 years, the straps have begun to unravel and I STILL use it to this day. It has everything that I want in a backpack. I am seriously thinking about buying a couple more just in case the style I really love is ever not available. Thank you Eastsport for such a wonderful product that I enjoy completely.

Backpack worked well for my teenage son who carries a lot of things in his backpack instead of his locker.

I guess I expected a better built backpack it's okay

I bought this backpack in 2019 to replace another one that I had (the exact same color and model). I used it often until the pandemic hit last year. I just brought it out of storage to use again and the hanging strap broke off on one side, now the entire strap section is unraveling. I'm a little disappointed because the first backpack lasted way longer and was more durable.

I ordered this based on the reputation of the Eastsport name. I've had Eastsport products in the past and loved them. I got this for my 15 year old son to use for school. It is big, roomy and I'm his favorite color. He LOVED it! However, with less than 2 weeks of use, it has completely ripped across the top and is unusable. I have contacted Eastsport Customer service to see about a replacement. I had also already ordered another one in red before his green one tore. Hopefully, we just got a bad one and he can get another one to enjoy. Eastsport is a name I trust so hopefully all will work out and we will be purchasing more in the future.
