Bought this at the Pottstown pa location. It was on sale for 899! I love it so far only used the mig option as of now but it's super easy to use! Make sure you get 2 boxes when you buy it ask me how I know... they forgot the smaller accessories box found out when I got home 1.5 hrs away. I called them they realized their mistake and shipped it out to free of charge a few days later! Can't complain about it just don't want it to happen to anyone else I was bummed new toy and couldn't play with it.. oh well they made it right!

This is a sweet machine. If you ever want to run flux core on the machine I had a problem feeding flux wire with the factory drive rollers to work proper with .035 wire. I was able to find a knurled drive roller online from esab. The number is a ESAB 21160 knurled drive roller. The only problem is you will have to machine out the inside sleeve on the esab roller. To make it match the manufactured drive roller. but other than that it will work fine for you.

I just got it out of the box and assembled. The fit and finish on the unit is done well. The accessories are of good quality. I have had two millwrights try the unit out. Both use Millers at their shops. They both were impressed by the units quality and performance. I reviewed many units prior to purchasing this one. I was looking for something for home use that had the capacity to perform well and not be a constant hinderance on my personal projects. This unit comes with the most accessories compared to other units. Yes it does not come with a spool of wire, or welding electrodes, but it comes with the TIG torch, mig lead, the arc welding lead. All the leads are long enough you do not have to struggle with reach. You do not have to purchase each of the leads separately like other units. The unit comes with two sets of gauges, one mig one for tig. Yes, you could have more hooks on it for the accessories, but then the unit becomes cumbersome at that point. Sure it could have more accessory storage on the unit, but like before the unit would become cumbersome and difficult to move around. The unit is not a carry around unit. There is a reason it comes with wheels. It's a big unit. It is not light, nor should it be. I am perfectly fine with the lack of additional storage on the unit. If in the future I want to add additional storage to the unit I will. For now I am just tickled with my purchase. I am very happy with the performance and quality.

It's a good welder/ multi purpose so far. Just last night that I assembled it all together from having it for over three weeks now. I hooked up a tried the Mig welder with Argon gas and boy it run's smooth. I absolutely can say that providing the chart behind the spool door, helps set the welder for the thickness of metals that your wanting to weld. That's a plus! I've yet to try the Arc and Tig but looking forward to it. And love the length of its welding leads that makes me fill as safe to be welding far away from the machine. Overall so far that I've made a good decision on my purchase to include the other items. Love the sticker! Wish I was sent more! Lol

The Eastwood MP250i is a true power house! It comes with so many extras for the price that it would cost thousands more from the top two leading brands. The only reason that I give it four stars and not five starts, is that the fit and finish is lacking. When putting together the wheels and the top shelf (sold separately), I had to use a punch to realign the screw holes to get the screws to take hold. Dollar for dollar, this unit is a great machine!

I love pretty much everything about this machine. I primarily use it for mig only and it gets abused. Since I've had it it's had 150 pounds of wire run through it and it welds fantastic. I love the length of the leads and the feed setup for the wire is awesome. Now as for what I hate. The ceramic gas diffuser! The bane of my existence. I wish it was just another brass consumable, as it sits if you drop the stinger or smack something just a little to hard the ceramic piece shatters, same with dropping spatter down the novel when overhead welding. So the welder itself is awesome I'm just looking for other stinger options because the consumables end of it is a bit ridiculous.

There are 2 reasons i give this welder only 4 stars. 1- The first welder i received didn't feed the wire straight out of the box and I had to send it back. 2- The welder welds great but the mig gun has a cheap feel. The trigger and size is much weaker than a lincoln or miller. The over all : Price and customer service and abilty of the machine to weld gets the 4 stars.
