Eastwood Paintless Dent Removal Repair Kit - PDR

Used this product successfully to pull a bird strike dent in the hood. Please consider informing customers that live in a hot climate to drape a sandwich baggy filled with ice over the affected area to help the glue setup. I was able to pull the dent with a 5-10 minute setup time at 86 degrees ambient temperature.

very usefull for pulling out two small dents in car. you have to work very slowly so as to not over pull the dent.

I was surprised that it's actually pretty effective. I wish I had purchased more of the plastic buttons up front. For larger dents it would help to pull more of these one at a time as opposed to having to reglue them one by one.

Appears to be a very complete kit with a good build quality. I haven't used them yet.

I didn't go to Eastwood looking for a dent removal kit, but saw it in an email flyer. Afte watching the product video, I decided to get one. I've already fixed the three small dings on my ‘04 Miata and now I'm gonna tackle my son's S2000. The tool works as advertised and represents an incredible value for the price!

The accessories are good quality and work well in the right conditions. My first attempt was in broad daylight on a door ding near the shoulder of the fender. The ambient temperature was about 100 degrees with high humidity. Even though I waited more than the suggested time for the glue to dry, it pulled away goowey. My next try was successful as I waited for cooler conditions and sundown. The glue turned white when fully cured. The dent came out and I was very happy with the results.

Kit works great. May have to do multiple pulls on a larger dent, but pulls smaller dings and dents in one try. Only thing that is a pain, and kept me from rating 5 stars is that the glue gun seems it should have a "stand" mode. I kept having to set it down and got all gunked up with glue. My wife has a glue gun for crafts and it has a small wire type foldable stand.

The kit appears to be made well, but.... I work on older cars and trying to pull several dents out of the 1939 Olds proved to strong for the glue to hold. These were not extremely deep or large. Tried several times on several of the dents and they would not budge. Ended up tack welding and slide hammering them out. this probably works ok for newer cars as the have 22-26 gauge sheetmetal vs the 18 gauge sheetmetal on the older cars. One other problem was the glue gun only was able to get 3/4 of the gluestick thru it before it wouldn't feed anymore. I did return it to Eastwood and they refunded the price but not the shipping. Fair enough.This tool has it limitations

Didn't work at all. Even though cleaned the surface ahead of time, the glue did not hold on any of the dents. It just peeled off when trying to pull. Zero dents were improved. Waste of money.
