The one-touch system makes it simple to get my phone in and out quickly, and the suction holds strong on my windshield. It was easy to place, it had a separate plate for the dash board for the mount to stick to. It did fall on my once but maybe I didn't put it on the right way. It's been holding on since. Other mounts seem to lose their “grip” on the devices they hold or on the angle you set them at, but iOttie does it right. Each movable part of this mount has a part that can be hand tightened, ensuring that everything stays the way you want it. The suction is great, and the design isn't too bulky. My only - very minor - complaint is that the part that holds your device kind of quickly snaps onto it when you set it in there, rather than it slowly and securely grasping onto it. It feels secure for sure, but my only concern is for the longevity of the device with it. I just wouldn't want it to wear down over time and then snap someday with how much force it uses to grab the device. I don't imagine that becoming much of a problem though, as this device seems really well made and packaged! It even has a little measuring visual on the top of the box to see if your device will fit on it. No more guessing! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this mount to anyone who needs one.

It's a pretty durable piece as I have taken it back-and-forth the installation is pretty straightforward. The only issue is I wish it was stickier
