Interesting product. I've used it five times. I like how fast I can pick the apples. I don't like how it causes a lot of fruit to drop to the ground (about 30%). I find it's a two person job. One picks, the other holds the sock to ensure the apples stop short of banging against each other as they slide down the chute, defeating the whole purpose of buying this product. I like that it mounts onto poles I already own. I dislike having paid almost $40 bucks for a cheap plastic mold, two zip ties and a nylon sock. If the price was closer to $20, I would rate it 4 stars. As it is, and as it functions, it gets 3.
