They have individually sealed so no worry about being contaminated. You have to get urine in a cup to test which people may find inconvenient. I don't know if the technology has gotten better but the strip itself is very bare, which is better for less waste.

It has easy to understand instruction. And, it also easy to understand results. The only thing I don't care for is having to use a cup to pee into every time.
