I like leaf tea and started buying that type. I was looking for a tea pot that has a filter container for loose tea. I found it with this pot. The basket fits nicely inside the pot. It has a handle to lift out when finished brewing the tea. The steel walls seem to hold warmth for a while. The only issue is a of design for holding the top in place when you are pouring the last drops of tea into your cup. Seems it should have a clip like the inner ring that is held in place to the inner wall of the pot at the top. But other then this it is nice pot. It cleans very easy for your next use.

Nice, sturdy, well made teapot. Price is reasonable. Recommend.

I love the pot but when it says it can go on the stove that does not work well at all with a gas stove. Another thing the insert is very sharp I have cut myself twice already
