My new Yamaha XT 250 has the worst brakes I've ever had in over 50 bikes and 65 years or riding. I decided to try these EBC pads to see if they would improve the stopping power. After a pretty easy installation, and about four 60 mph to zero hard stops to seat them, I found the braking had improved at least 50%. It would have been nice to have even better braking, but I've probably reached the capability of the rotors and caliper-power. So, highly recommend if you are finding the same braking issue with your bike.
This is the 2nd set of EBC sintered HH brake pads purchased for my 2012 Kawasaki Concours. They are quieter and have a better feel than the OEM pads.
They fit right and they stop the bike very well. What else do you want.
Always upgrade the pads on a bike when you get it. Factory pads are a cost cutting option and you'll notice a huge difference in bite and response.
These are probably the best brake pads I've ever tried, definitely recommend it!
I've been using EBC Brakes since I was a teenager in the 1980's! I've used all the different compounds for all types of terrain & weather, and I have thousands of miles under my belt in Enduros, Harescrambles, GNCC's, and fun trailrides without a hitch with EBC Brakes!
Every bike I buy, once I get tires sorted I put EBC HH pads on the front. Never had fitment issues like I had with other brands, and once bedded in the HH work the best. Organic may last a few miles longer, but I want better brakes and feel so I last longer instead
I bought these for my 06 Trumph Sprint ST. I ordered the rear pads and it made a huge difference in stopping power! Now I have ordered the same for the front because these pads seem awesome. EBC is a brand that I will trust with all my future pad purchases. I don't have a longevity review since I just installed them yesterday but everything so far is great. As always, RMATVMC delivered fast shipping. I ordered tuesday mid day, had my pads the next day!
Great product, have used often over the years. Have rode over 40 years and found that these brakes stop you smoothly and in a good distance. The pads last for so long I usually replace them way before I need too. I would recommend EBC to antone who wants a safe Ride. -m-1989 HARLEY-DAVIDSON® Softail Heritage Classic FLSTC®--
I replaced the stock brake pads on my 2016 Triumph T120. As expected these EBC HH pads give better initial bite and braking but are still easy to modulate. I didn't rate longevity/wear because I have not had them long enough but previous experience on other bikes I've had would suggest longevity will be better too. -m-2016 TRIUMPH Bonneville T120--
