I can only comment on the customer experience with Brakecrafters. Their service was outstanding. The pads were in stock, correct for the machine and shipped literally immediately. They even arrived at my address a day early. Highly recommended!!

Ordered some brake pads for my Hayabusa and the next day I got an email about some unprproperly marked brake pads that accidentally got shipped out to several customers. Long story short, I was one of them. I called BC and they sent me a new set of brake pads the next day along with a return shipping to return the other ones! The customer service was outstanding! Definitely above and beyond my expectations! Thanks BC! MARC W

Good pads I ordered one set for the front but didn't realize I needed two sets, my fault for being in a rush. I found it weird that they were selling a two-pack, but later on, it made sense. The pads are very nice pads and the shipping was excellent! I received the pads in record time!

EBC brake pad is the only brand I always use for my all cars and bikes. They always come with reliable performance and the balance between initial biting feeling and high temp. stop force.
