Cloth strips were COVERED with some kind of strange lint, and the bag they were in said "Warning! Fabric is over 3 years old!" I am hoping to find a use for the fabric in spite of the issues.

the bed is soft and everything went together smoothly. the only issue I have, and it's pretty big, is that we specifically ordered the 71" and not the 63" so it would be long enough for our son to lay on without his feet hanging over and when we got it put together it is only 68" long and his feet hang over the bottom 😞... so be aware that the length of the bed is NOT what they said in the detail description of product online.

Overall, it's OK for the price, but you get what you pay for. Out the box, there were damages. There aren't holes on the bottom to assemble the wheels that need to be attached. The fabric is cheaply made again. I should've paid the extra money to ship the one that I actually wanted, but this will do for now.

Instructions show the arms already on but don't show you how to put them on trying to sleep on. It is like trying to sleep on a steel beam because you can feel it really bad. I had to purchase a memory foam bed topper just to be able to sleep on it which is what it was bought for extremely uncomfortable without one also instructions show the piece that slides out already in but doesn't tell you how to put it in

You can feel the interior frame on your backside when sitting down. Horrible assembly. You have to remove the side arm brackets and turn them upside down or arm feet hit floor and push arm off of the sofa bed. Noce for little kids but not for adults.

Manufacturing process is inferior. Padding around bars is inadequate. Bars are painful on back and hips. Unable to sit or lie down comfortably without additional padding for protection. Recommend memory foam on top of bed. Seating is painfull ,needs extra cushion.

Arrived with a hole in it. Very cheap made with cheap materials used. I doubt it will hold up for a week. Very unhappy with it doesn't compare with the picture.

I do not recommend this product. The sofa bed arrived damaged, and the issue was visible immediately upon opening the package. I had paid extra for professional assembly, and the damage was discovered during the assembly process. Because the product was assembled, it no longer fits in the original box. As a result, pickup has been repeatedly refused, even though this situation is not my responsibility. I cannot transport the item myself, and I should not be penalized for having paid for assembly. Since receiving this item, I have been trying to return it for weeks. I provided all requested photos multiple times, yet no concrete solution has been implemented. I am now close to exceeding the return window, which is extremely stressful. If you purchase this product, be aware that: If it arrives damaged and you pay for assembly, returning it may become extremely complicated. Once assembled, the product does not fit back into the original packaging. Customer support and return handling can be very difficult and slow. I am still waiting to return this item and receive a full refund. Based on the product condition upon delivery and the serious issues with returns, I would strongly advise caution before purchasing this sofa bed.

Either the sleep sofa was poorly designed or the installer did not put it together correctly. Because the sliding bed keeps coming off track and I have to muscle it around in order to get it to become a bed. The installer said that I'm going to have to have a maintenance man to come out and put a board across something to keep the slider from sliding off track.

do not buy this. webdidnt even own it a month and it already broke. picture atached. my 2 year old usues it only. so from him probably jumping on it it sinked it. its trash now. this couch might be great for a show room only and not to be used on a daily basis.
