This recliner looks high end! The stitching reminds me of luxury car seats. It is beyond comfortable sitting or napping. Very large. Picture shows me in the chair and space remaining. I am not tiny, and a much larger person would fit. It is easy for me to recline and to lock foot rest in place to get out of the chair, but may be difficult for children or people with arthritis. My petite mother is 80, has arthritis, many joint replacements and she is not able to lock the foot rest to get out of the chair. Assembly is very simple. Slide the back onto base and slide sides onto the back. It took me longer to get parts out of the box than to assemble the chair because I was alone and it's packed in very thick cardboard with stapled sides for protection during shipping. My chair is flawless! No scratches, no defects, no loose threads, no wrinkles, or impressions in the material. I recommend using NO SLIDE pads under chair feet if you have hard floors, the chair will slide around. I think it would look great in a ny room, even an office.

I'm usually not the type to buy furniture online, but at this price I figured I'll give it a try. I received my shipment in just a few days after ordering it, I put it together myself!! it was so easy to do and this sofa is beautiful!

I RECIEVED the end recliner pieces and IM BEING TOLD THAT THE MIDDLE SECTION WILL BE IN 3 WEEKS?? IM NOT HAPPY... BUT OTHER THEN THAT ITS NICE .. I LOVE THE LOOK OF IT..

I emailed the company 3 times and Walmart emailed them to still waiting on a response didn’t receive my couch and I received the loveseat good quality FedEx delivered it left my boxes in the lobby and in the notes said delivered all packages to my door

Did not come with cup holders delivery was 199 left at bottom of stairs

The couch is very nice in appearance and touch but is very uncomfortable when sitting in it. The back rest part of the has way to much padding in it. I also got double billed and shipped and have sent out two different return requests and haven’t received any response to my return request so very poor customer service

I purchased this item and the chair i is very weak. The pieces does not line together very poorly made I put in for a return for this item back in April. I have still have not been able to get in touch with the company or the company calling me back several times I wrote to the company action on to pick this chair up and as of today, I have not heard anything. Do not deal with this company at all.

I'm missing most of the couch! Only one seat was delivered and it happened to be the box with instructions so I know I'm not crazy! 4 boxes should have been delivered with 3 seats and I only received 1. Ridiculous. I can't get through to anyone either to find out how to get the rest of my couch!
