After taking it out of the box, it looks funny but allow at least three days to self-expand before using it. No problem after that. I will definitely order this item again.

works as a back rest for watching tv
I was unable to use this as a leg rest it is just too big, but I was able to use it for watching tv. it is hard for me to watch tv laying down because of my back injury. I am able to watch tv with this back elevator there is little pain in my back when I use it.

This came with a huge dent right in the middle. It never did unfold after opening the plastic. Had to return it.
