Great for lifting your legs. One or both ar a time. Ships vacuum packed. Looks thin until you open the bag and air fills it. Solid foam covered in a nice soft fabric. Great for physical therapy.

After taking it out of the box, it looks funny but allow at least three days to self-expand before using it. No problem after that. I will definitely order this item again.
