Eccotemp i12 indoor 4.0 GPM LIQUID PROPANE TANKLES
Have purchase 5 of these'i12 propane tankless heats to install in cabins over the last few years , they work great. Just make sure to keep the intake screen clean or unit will shut down. Great units will keep buying them.

Endless hot water now
Just got this installed and so far I'm very happy with it. The installation was very easy. It's on an outside wall so exhaust gas venting was fairly easy and actually the hardest part of the installation. Cold water line in, hot water line out. Connect the gas, plug it in, set the desired hot water temperature open a hot water tap. Unit fires right up. The water temperature out immediately lights up and starts rising to the set temperature. So far, so good!

Poor experience all around
Hot water heater produced hot water for about 4 hours and then became intermittent and eventually would not create any hot water at all. Everything is hooked up properly and it doesn't make sense that it stopped working. You'd expect a brand new unit to actually do something useful.
