Absolutely love this bike! So happy I upgraded.

I love the bike. Assembly was not a 1-person job, so that made it a little more difficult. Connection to the internet has been an issue so I got a hotspot but the computer on the bike is not super-intuitive about changing the connection. Settings etc. feel very locked down so it's not easy to change between wifi connections. As far as the EXPERIENCE goes (most important in my book) the classes have been great. I especially have enjoyed taking advantage of the variety of classes offered. I bought the bike for cardio training, but have found plenty of great strength and flexibility classes. Thanks again for that!

Bike works well but the resistance knob is very unresponsive. Takes between 3 and 4 clicks to change resistance by 1. When quickly changing over 5 or 10 levels there is lag and overshoot. This may be due to the connection being bluetooth. The connection should be wired as there is zero benefit to wireless.

Continued problems with updating and with the bike tracking my progress. Heart rate monitor that I purchased from Echelon failed after 12 months - was told I was SOL - buy a new one or aftermarket device. Support is minimal at best.... I pay a monthly rate for there services but when i need support most time you have to wait several days for a response. I would not spend the money for the bike or mediocre to poor customer support

MAY BE a good product but it never showed up, I was charged for it and when i tried to call and cancel as I never received never got a call back, or would they answer my emails. Turned over to Credit Card Company and legal to deal with, they obviously dont care about customers calls or needs to discuss. Lesson learned. Three months since i paid and no commuicaton or product. The bike came broken. It was a nightmare to return it. Terrible customer service. Then I bought a Peloton. So great!
